Well, this apartment is definitely over-priced and over-rated. The leasing office isn't of much assistance - let's just say that the only person there that is able to THINK is the community manager HG. Repairs are pretty quick to be done. The biggest problem I've had was with noise complaints. They are hardly ever answered during the day, and practically never at night, even though they have an after hours courtesy patrol dispatcher. At times the dispatcher won't answer the phone even. And if you do, and report a noise complaint problem, no one shows up for hours at a time, if ever.
