The safey grip/rail in my bathtub/shower fell off the wall when I grabbed for it. The screws were literally hanging. Lucky I did not hit my head on the faucet or stick myself with one of the rusty screws. An appointment was scheduled for repair on Saturday and no one showed up. Almost a week later, I received a call indicating that they did not do repairs on Saturday. Plus, the safely grip is not something they replace. I am not amused...very unhappy in fact, and am considering what course to take.
