After living at Park Merced,this was a huge improvement. It was by far the most quiet apartment I ever had. The location is great, with Lake Merced out your front door and the beach within walking distance, and parking was easy. <br> <br>The bad things were mold around my window, the elevator was always broken, and security was a problem. I found out by accident that the same keys are used for several apartment doors. Hopefully this has been changed. I would live here again.
