These suck

I stayed at one of the Oakwood apartments and the less said the better for them - THEY SUCK. Firstly, my keys would not open the door and did not through the duration of my stay. Most of fittings and appliances were in poor shape. And the customer service was non existant. A call usually did not elicit any response and when it did it was after several days. At one point, one of the customer service representatives suggested tyat I stay in a hotel and check back with them after they had fixed the trouble. Please stay away from these. If you are a corporate user, please please have mercy on your employees and DO NOT house them here. They might leave your Company. I have had a terrible time here. and would not suggest these to anyone.
