It is a pain to deal with everyone at the leasing office. Once you´ve signed your lease, forget about nice treatment. These people only care about you signing a one-year lease. After that you´re on your own. <br>In addition, there is a lot of noise. A lot of students from the nearby SF State live here and they have no consideration or respect for anyone else. They party on their balconies ´till 2-3 in the morning and the management hardly takes any steps. The common areas, such as hallways and laundry rooms are not being cleaned as often as they should.
