nice place/good value

I have lived here for almost a year and am only moving because my new job is in the east bay. I actually liked living here. The building and apts are a little drab, but in good condition and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The pool area is really nice and I have met a few neighbors hanging out in the hot tub. Lots of families and young people. Parking is very secure, as are buildings. Dry cleaning in building! The proximity to Lake Merced is nice but no one seems to mention the great access to the beach! I love to walk or job right over there in about 10-20 minutes. I would recomend living there.
