Great times here, day to day. When I have issues, I always get the feeling that management is doing us a favor. Lots of management turn over too. Hard to establish any sort of “friendship� with them.

Maintenance staff is just amazing; they do a great job, every single time. No matter what the issue, they either repair it promptly or get someone in to complete the work. They're always polite, friendly, efficient and I always feel comfortable having them in my home. Carlos and Bill are just the best!

Used to be amazing. Now rent is going up way too fast. Community events are rare. Love my apartment and neighbors. Make us whole again. Buy a small bus to take residents on short excursions. Keep the office open and welcoming 9-6. Listen to your residents!

The apartments are well maintained. I like the fact that I do not have to go outside to dump trash or get my mail. The office staff is responsive. Rents are high, but that is the same all over the county so it is not peculiar to Overture. It is imperative that people are advised when the lower rent apartments are available.

Overall a nice place to live, but disappointing in how certain services have disappeared. The dog park is now ignored, was once a nice place for socializing. We no longer have decent community breakfasts or happy hours (and fewer). No food trucks, no ice cream truck event, etc.

Pleasant and quiet. Nice clean gym and pool. Current library and Internet cafe. Fun community activities. We appreciate the feeling of security and the prompt response to maintenance requests. Parking is the only problem.

Again, Carlos and Bill were very kind and did a great job. They were able to finish the job before my operation, as promised. Michelle Martin the Asst. Manager was argumentative, rude, and dismissive. I do not know why she is allowed to deal with people.

Overall experience is ok....but the wait for a covered parking space took 8 months which it was never disclosed to me on the tour that there were not enough parking spaces for each apartment. Had I known that I might have looked elsewhere to move.

For the price, it is descent. Somethings can be improved and some greatly improved but I do not know how much influence the local team has to execute decisions without corporate approval, or what the budgets allow.

I'm concerned about the use of weed killer in the landscape especially the grass and flower beds. Also If appears that the interior garden in my area H106 doesn't have working sprinklers. I don't like the idea of weed killer being used since it has been shown to be a link with cancer especially in older adults.

Everyone and everything is very nice, quiet and easy access. I enjoy living here it's very convenient for my sister who lives only 10mins down the road. I really don't get involved with the activities they have but I hear they are fun and enjoyable and I am urged to go and check it out sometime.

There is no form of cleaning at all, never sweeping stairs in the past 7 month , the carpet in the elevator is so dirty and unhealthy never response to any message, never ever anybody in the office picks up the phone

Over all convenience to both Costco and Wal-Mart are a big plus feature. Maintenance team are the best. Office staff are young but hope to learn more about senior activities. There is a really bad parking area in both complexes. Afraid to return home anytime after 2:00 in the afternoon for fear of no parking spot.

Before this last management, I would have felt very comfortable with publishing my comments because I would have had very nice things to say about my experience. But, until recently, I don't have any good things to say about the Management. However, the tenants are just wonderful people. I don't socialize much, but who I know and the conversations I have with neighbors and tenants is extremely good. I think if it wasn't for management, this would be a wonderful, comfortable and secure place to live.
