Maintenance crew is great and respond quickly. The hallway carpets are filthy with dog urine and other stains. The landscape crew do not rake/blow leaves from the areas between buildings, consequently these areas have become a breeding ground for mosquitos and vermin. The parking areas have mounds of dead leaves that management refuses to remedy. This is a slip and fall hazard which for a senior community is very dangerous. Management in our office is difficult to get on the phone and messages are not returned. Our buildings are 55 and older by charter. Management is renting to multigenerational tenants under the guise of elder care. Many of these are in their 20s and 30s. They take up parking spots meant for seniors in the complex. Since Greystar stickers are no longer assigned to tenants and their cars, anyone can use the reserved spots which makes it difficult for senior tenants to find spots to park. These are complaints from tenants who are afraid to talk to management for fear of reprisal and not just the ramblings of malcontent tenants looking to vent. The last time the leaves were removed from the reserved parking area was when upper management made a visit to this facility - so it can be done.
