I love the community and staff everything is great here play space for kids and public park right across the street the kids school is literally at home splash pad for summers the community really makes it nice for the children and seniors

As one of the first resident to have the privilege to move into this beautiful property I've never seen a property that cares about their residents and their living situation and address issues so fast I really feel comfortable living here and blessed

The property is new so it's nice. Decent area elementary school right across the street. Everything closes down pretty much early. Nice big park across the street. Some issues with flooring when moved in

I've been generally content with my experience living in this apartment. The building and grounds are kept clean, and maintenance requests are addressed in a reasonable timeframe. The management team has been approachable and responsive whenever I've had questions or concerns. The apartment itself is comfortable, with a good layout and features that meet my everyday needs. Neighbors are respectful, and the community overall feels safe and welcoming. Overall, I'm satisfied with my living experience here and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to call home.

The staff is very nice. Marylou showed me the apartment she was very nice and answered all my questions. Jose is very communicative when keeping me updated about the availability of my unit. Joel was informative and knowledgeable about the facility. Darwin let me know if I needed anything as far as maintenance I could contact him. I really appreciate the staff I have met so far.

I love the office staff and they try their best to keep everything clean and presentable. Unfortunately there are tenants who are not helping by spilling liquids around the property and throwing away garbage in the wrong places.

They helped me get settled in and made sure all my paper work was done correctly. These apartments are well done and are fully electric with no gas which is better in my opinion. Community is well centered between schools and shopping centers.
