Dear Everyone, I have someone living in this "---- Hole" !!! The management has a high turn over due to hiring the cheapest management company to run this dump! Everyone there is up in arms about the lack of service from the Management team. They will not service their tenants. The tenants are moving out due to the lack of support from the Management team. The owner is cutting corners to save a dollar any way SHE can! Do you self a favor and STAY THE !@#$ away from this ---- hole. Oh this was to be a HUD building, but they are charging TOP DOLLAR for new comers. Trust me, I've heard lots of stories about this place and the management team is the absolute worst!

The manager office is open only Monday through Friday, closed on weekends. So nobody can see an apartment by the manager nor see the manager important, on the weekend. The tenant turn around here is drastic, many apartment units empty, people do not like it here. The pool and jacuzi are dirty. The pool has too many under aged guests, making it loud, especially during the Summer. Some tenants are members of the Neighborhood Watch, but these members think they are above the, they are supposed to Observe and Report, not follow and question anybody. The Maintenance department small repairs take weeks for them to make repairs for tenants. they test the fire alert system, and is very loud ear piercing, the elevators and front gates usually do not work. Worse of all, everybody seems to have nothing to do, so they stick their nose into everybody elses business, spreading gossip,
