Chelsea was amazing and helped me with all of my needs
I was in the need for a nice safe apartment and the convenience of this place so close to the freeway and sitting on a hill with a great view was one of the big reasons. However, I must say what really made my decision to live here was the amazing customer service, friendliness and caring energy that emanated from all the staff but particularly from Chelsea. She was with me from the very beginning to the whole process of approval and touring. She would constantly check in with me and address any questions I had with a swift and detailed response. When the time came to finally move in she wrote me a very sweet handwritten letter welcoming me and telling me how happy she was for me. The extent of these little things, the going above and beyond, and the overall friendliness one feels similarly to a close friend/family makes one feel very welcome and for this reason I decided to take the time and write this review. Chelsea thank you for everything and always wishing you all the best.

Love IMT and Chelsea!!
Chelsea was so on point when it came to making sure I got all the contracts signed and paperwork in to move into my dream apartment! Once I arrived for move in day she was helpful with showing my parents and I around the complex and giving us snacks and water while moving in. She’s very open and cool to talk to and I’m excited to be living in such a spacious apartment. Thank you Chelsea! Long time tenants and love it
We've lived at IMT Stevenson Ranch for over 6 years and are very happy here. The staff is exemplary and it is so easy to request any maintenance you might need. Downside is there is no elevator, so if you have a hard time with stairs choose a first floor apt. Otherwise, we love calling IMT home.

Problem with sink fixed right away
I put in a service request about a foul odor bubbling up from my sink daily. Arthur came by the very next morning and fixed it right away. It took quite a while to clear the clog from the previous tenant but he got it fixed. He was even able to finish up the work while I left for an appointment.

Exceptional Service!
I would like to give a big thank you to Lenin, Annie, Hannah, Kirsten, Chelsea, Talia, & Patrick for their top notch service! Lenin has helped me with several maintenance orders & always does a superb job that I now request him. He is the best! Outstanding maintenance crew
I want to take a moment to share my positive experience with Arthur, our awesome maintenance worker here at IMT. Arthur recently visited our appt to clean our HVAC system, and as always, he delivered exceptional service. Arthur consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in top-notch condition. Not only does he complete the job efficiently, but he also takes the time to explain any maintenance tips or suggestions for optimal system performance. We greatly appreciate Arthur's professionalism and expertise. He is a true asset to your maintenance team and exemplifies outstanding customer service. IMT has been nothing but great to us throughout our time living here. They are always attentive, friendly, go above and beyond for anything that troubles us, and always has events/opportunities within our community here. Thanks IMT!!

Maintenance Service Requests are Easy at IMT Stevenson Ranch
We have been staying at IMT Stevenson Ranch for just over 2 years now and they have a really good system for submitting service requests for maintenance related issues. Residents are able to go through the resident portal and submit tickets describing the issue and level of severity (i.e. "urgent","routine", "low priority") IMT will have someone from their staff over to provide services based on your computer tickets information. We have submitted several tickets in our time here and the service provided is usually great, though there have been a couple times that the issue was not resolved and communication from IMT was lacking. But for the most part, our experience with this system and the maintenance team has been great and far better than I have experienced at other apartments. Shout-out to Brandon in particular! He always provides exceptional maintenance and customer service.

best apartment, and best staff in SCV
I lived here for a few years following the covid pandemic, the management of this place took care of anything i could think of! Never any issues of crime, or loud neighbors that I know of? Was always a peaceful place to live, as the landscaping was always taken care of and such beautiful trees and views from the pool area and the 3rd floor apartments! I will miss this place and the management by all means. A+ guys, and a round of applause for you and your crew! THANK YOU

Maintenance and Front Office
Everyone at IMT Stevenson Ranch is always on pint and looking out for the people who live here! Kirsten, Jessica, Hannah, Chelsea, Talia, Annie, Manuel, Domonick, Brandon, & Arthur are all spectacular at what they do and I am super pleased with he service I received. I put in a service request the other day and there was little to no turn around time. They were able to do the routine things I requested (drain issues in the bathroom) and then address long-term things like a broken cord on my window shade and a broken turning wand of the patio door blinds. They were unable to fix the blinds because they did not have the materials in stock but ordered the same day and instructed me on how to get them put in in the near future. This is not the first instance of speedy service and I am at ease knowing every time I make a service request things will get done, quickly and efficiently! Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
The team that helped me to resolve my issue with my shower and bathroom sink was excellent. The leasing agent (I believe was Jessica) took my complaint seriously and get the maintenance issue resolved nearly same day. The team that came in was highly efficient, knowledgeable and cleanly in the sense that they did not leave a mess after repairs were completed. The level of service I received was immaculate. I know I can count on the team to help me resolve my issues.

Great Service
Whenever I have ANY need for maintenance, I put in a request and anything and everything is solved ASAP. It’s seriously incredible and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team here. Specifically Kirsten, Hannah, Chelsea, Talia, Annie, Manuel, Domonick, Julio, Brandon and of course, Arthur are all spectacular and deserve recognition. I couldn’t be happier with this team. Every service need I’ve had has been met. Everyone I mentioned is also really friendly and they all go out of their way to make sure everything is done right and that I’m happy, as well. Living here is fantastic compared to any apartment I have ever experienced

Amazing Maintenance Service
I want to express my utmost satisfaction with Brandon IMT Maintenance. He did a phenomenal job addressing our maintenance request. He exhibited a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Not only did he efficiently solve the issue, but he also demonstrated excellent communication skills, keeping us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended for his reliability and outstanding work!

We sent a message to IMT office for a repair of our shower faucet and our door. About one hour later the technician arrived and got the job done. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was with IMT. The staff was so helpful and I can’t thank them enough. They went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns. So far living here has been great as well.

I’ve had a wonderful experience since living at IMT Stevenson Ranch since 05/2022. The staff is amazing, friendly and always attentive! From the leasing office to the maintenance team. The complex is very well maintained and quiet and beautiful! Maintenance is always attended to on a timely manner and the leasing office staff is wonderful!! Thank you!!

Charming Community: Stellar Staff, Serene Landscape - Highly Recommended
I absolutely love IMT Stevenson Ranch! The staff and maintenance team here are phenomenal. Unlike other places where residents are simply forgotten after paying rent, the management and team members always greet me with smiles and waves, showing genuine care and concern. They regularly check in on both me and my adorable puppy, which is heartwarming. Recently, I encountered some plumbing and washing issues, but the response was incredible. Dominick, Charles, Arthur, and Arjon teamed up to swiftly address all the problems, making my day stress-free and easy. The community itself is a sight to behold, with its beautiful landscapes and well-maintained gardens. The leasing management team, comprising of Antonietta, Hannah, Kirsten, Jessica, Tanna, and Patrick, has been exceptional. They promptly resolved any concerns and made the move-in process a breeze. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this outstanding community to anyone seeking a comfortable and caring living environment. IMT Stevenson Ranch truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and happy.

Repair done very quickly
My a/c wasn’t working. The maintenance crew came out and said it needed a new compressor. Since summer was almost here I was worried how long this would take . It was ordered, delivered and installed in less than two weeks. I’m really impressed how quickly imt resolves maintenance issues. ??

New microwave oven installation
IMT Stevenson Ranch recently replaced and installed a new microwave oven in my kitchen. The technicians who came to my unit were professional and knowledgeable, and they took great care to ensure that the installation was done quickly, correctly and safely.

I have been in this apartment complex since 2011. There were changes in the management due to change in the company. By far , this management team is the best so far. They are prompt in their responses, they have the best maintenance team. Fast in their responses, efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the management team we have now.

Maintenance department
The maintenance department at imt is awesome. I had a problem with my dish washer and they came out to check almost immediately. They need a part so they ordered it and a few days later replaced it. They are very friendly and professional.

Appliance issue
My unit had been plagued with water leakage issues since i moved in March 2022 so it has been 8 mths and counting. Kitchen sink water leakage three times that caused a pool of water underneath the kitchen sink so needless to say, all the items stored under the kitchen sink were wet and some items were not salvagable. First and second time were improperly installed garbage disposal by maintenance personnels. Third incident was a broken seal in the toilet that caused water seepage onto the bathroom floor. Fourth incident was water leakage from the faucet that was connected to the washer. Fifth water incident was from the kitchen faucet. Sixth incident dishwasher had no heat dry and presence of black mold in it so a new dishwasher was replaced by Alex. The building i am in constantly have to shut off water due to emergency repairs , at least once a week. I am highly unsatisfied with the conditions of the unit plagued with water issues. No opportunity for european citizens
My husband and I went there to find an apartment. The staff was really kind, but when it comes to apply we discovered that as an online employee for a Spanish firm, my incomes does not count. As well as guarantor from outside US. It is a real pity also to discover that after paying the application fee, the attention of the staff decrease till the point to stop answering emails when we tried to find a solution to continue in the process. I do not recommend to people moving from Europe that want to rent a flat on this area to trust in IMT.

Overall experience
From the first point of contact (Jessica) made the process very easy and comfortable. When I arrived she was welcoming, friendly and answered all of the questions that I had. After the visit, she was there to answer/ return my calls and was extremely knowledgeable. All of the ladies at the leasing office are always there to help, Kirsten and Tanna along with the rest of the leasing agents are extremely attentive and always happy to provide service with a smile!! The maintenance team is also friendly and happy to help. Benny is an amazing human being! He is hard working and does his job as a perfectionist! He is genuine, kind and is always ready and happy to provide his service. I stopped at the leasing office last week to let the ladies know that there were quite a few things that needed attention, Kirsten, walked to her computer immediately and began typing. She asked what exactly needed repaired and typed everything I mentioned. Prompt repair of dishwasher
Benny cleaned and repaired the dishwasher within 24 hrs. of our service request. Benny also provided us with Glisten dishwasher cleaner for a fresher smelling machine. He also replaced our AC filter which you can request every 3 months. (Unit 12302)
