Please there are several apartment communities than Renaissance. Leasing office (Mayra) is playing Nicke & dime with people who come to inquire or to lease apartment. There are roaches, water shut off mostly once a week, parking problem, no patio, awful neighbors-will only find drug sellers & gangster. Rent is high compared to other communities, no scenerio, you will never find any help from leasing office. Even, more than couple of parcels were missing which has been delivered to leasing office.........can't write more, forget to lease in renaissance.
