WARNING! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT!

I lived at this roach motel for two years. It was infested with German cockroaches. I would put food down and go to eat and there they would be. I would be at my computer and one would run across the keyboard. It was like the movie Joe's Apartment, only the roaches didn't sing or dance. Even now, two years out of there, I still have flashbacks. Plus there was toilet flooding from above that ruined all my stuff. Plus mold. Plus asbestos contamination. Dog feces outside. Female porn stars in my buidling...well, that was a plus, I guess. The management was obnoxious and gave the impression of being the Al-Qaeda of Woodland Hills. I stopped paying rent when my stuff got destroyed. Antiques, books, personal, irreplaceable items. They took me to court to evict me. But before the jury trial, they settled. We signed a 2 page agreement saying I owned them nothing if I moved out by the end of the month, which I did, and I would get my deposits back. But they never filed a satisfaction of judgment with the court and took page one, which looked like I owned them money and dinged my credit for more than $6000. Ruined my credit score. Tripled my credit card interest rates. I am going to have to declare bankruptcy as a result. The buildings look cool now with the new facing of bricks. But a Venus fly trap looks very tempting to a fly. This is a warning. Don't get sucked in. The problem is that by the time most people read this, it's already too late. I just wish I could click no stars in my rating of the place.
