Looks can be deceiving
The apartments on Erwin look great on the outside, but once you live here, you're in for a surprise. The hallways are smelly, one of the two (or sometimes both) of the elevators are constantly broke, the laundry machines are always broken, the machine to load money onto the laundry card is constantly broken and the entrance doors are constantly left open or the locks are broken. The management team is unsympathetic and with the change in management companies I expected situations to get better but they continue to be sub-par. Living in "Warner Center" you expect more than, but the Mercer clearly does not meet expectations. One bedroom apartments are only given one car space and for those of you with more than one car, you are inconvenienced because you have to "share" one parking sticker. What do they think this is, college campus parking?!? Don't even bother trying to get anything fixed in your apartment because it takes forever and you might as well just give up. If you are looking for a good apartment, keep moving past the Mercer at Warner Center. Just stop and ask some of the residents how they like it here and I am sure you will receive more than an ear-full of complaints.Share This Review
