This place is an absolute rat's nest. We lived here within the last year and it is the nastiest, most ------ apartment that I have ever lived in. To be fair, let me list both pros and cons.
Lets start with the Pros: Dog friendly, they have a nice little dog park area; prices are affordable for the area; nice gym; very nice when you first move in
Negatives: roaches everywhere, every morning; parking spots are unmarked, management doesn't know who's spot is who; buildings reek of cigarette smoke; trash laying around complex everywhere; maintenance does not clean up property; packages stolen from front doors on a regular basis and office will not accept packages there; management will not return calls and are very rude after they get you locked in; residents leave security gates pried open with objects allowing trash to roam around the complex at all hours of the night; walls are paper thin, can hear next door neighbor's conversations; I could keep going, but it would take me all night
