Poor management and worst maintenance. Be ready to lose your 500$ deposit. Old AC equipment and stairs and hallway is so narrow that it took us 3 hours to get a couch out of the apartment.. Homeless people get in to the community as well

We strive to provide great customer service from our management team to our maintenance staff, so if you experienced any concerns, please don't hesitate to provide us with details so we can resolve any issues and improve. We also make sure all of our resident charges are laid out in a transparent manner on the move out statements. In addition, we have our controlled access gates and night patrol available on site who look after our community.
