Terrible experience. The security gates were broken for over a year. Homeless people sleeping in stairwells. Laundry machines don't work. Dog poop and trash everywhere. Rude and unhelpful staff. Elevators break frequently. Cockroaches, even if you have a super clean apartment.

It's with great despair to hear you've been having a less than satisfactory experience here in our community. To have our residents feel proud, comfortable and relaxed in their home is what we all strive for here at The Reserve.
We do apologize for the delay in resolving our exterior gates as we've had unforeseen technical issues that we worked diligently to fix with our vendors. We are glad to state that the gates are now in excellent working condition. We genuinely thank you for your patience during that time frame.
Our mandatory pest control fumigations are in progress and will continue to be until we can resolve these issues.
Furthermore, we have started looking into more efficient strategies for increased security on site and will be sure to keep everyone posted. Your satisfaction, as well as everyone in our community, is a huge driving force for our entire team-which means we'll continue to work in resolving these issues each and every day.
