IF THERE IS A HELL THIS MUST BE IT

I lived at the Renaissance almost a year ago. I was there for a little over a year, which was a little over a year too long. Imagine dying and going to hell. It would have to be soooo much better than this place. You see, in the beginning, when God had His problem with -----, He would have rented him an apartment at the Renaissance, but it hadn't been built yet. Blame it on old plumbing. Blame it on cockroaches that were used on the X-Files. Blame it on the half dozen or so porn stars (forgive me, adult film actresses) who live there. Blame it on sewer water (pardon me, "toilet overflow") that pours down from your ceiling ever couple of months. Or the mold or the asbestos. Blame it on dirty hallways that haven't learned how to become self-cleaning. Or a lackof parking if you are on the first floor. But most of all, blame it on management that doesn't give a flying frack about anything. And, by the way, NEVER MOVE INTO A PLACE THAT OFFERS A MOVE-IN SPECIAL!<br><br>So, anyway, after getting most of my possessions water-damaged; after running out of names from the Baby Name Book for all the cockroaches that I shared the apartment with (25-50 a day, German ---- cockroaches, that did not speak a word of English), I went to court and WON! We signed a stipulation under order that said I owned them NO money. But when I moved out, the dinged my credit for $5,806, which caused me to not qualify for a loan to buy a house. In other words, the court said I didn't owe them anything, but they went right ahead and said, we don't care what the court or the judge said, we are going to try and extort him into paying us (they sent me a bill first) or else ruin his credit. Former manager AJ Lopez was a bobbing head. Linda, the new manager, is arrogant. I couldn't even get my deposit back for the gate remote control. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE. The good review are placed by the management. No one in their right mind would give this place more than a 1 rating and there should by rights be negative numbers! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!<br><br>Anyway, when I finally moved out, after they took me to court to evict me for refusing to pay rent when everything in my apartment, antiques and books, were ruined; when I couldn't even use one of the bedrooms because of asbestos contamination, we came to an agreement that if I moved out I would owe them nothing and they would give me back my security deposit.<br><br>After I moved out on schedule, they ruined my credit telling the credit bureas I owed them close to $6500. They refused to return my deposit for move in and gate remote and now they are fraudulantly trying to levy my bank account. I have an court order signed by a judge saying that they owe me money but their scumbag lawyers are trying to steal money from me!<br><br>Why aren't there negative number on these rating systems?<br><br>Please, if anyone want to sue these creeps and bring them before a jury, please email me at webofconspiracy at ebayhappens dot com.
