Dont Move Here!!!
IĀ“m sure you read all the reasons why one should not move into this "Apartment Home" And I agree with every last reason. Why? Because IĀ“ve experienced them all. I had very little choice but to move into this complex my job is in walking distance to the renaissance and the Oakwod apartments (Which is the one I wanted) BUT it has a six month waiting list I wish I had known that six mounts ago!
BTW when I read some of these posting I wasnĀ“t 100% sure it was true I thought well it may be just a bunch of disgruntle tenants or some bad experiences ha ha ha...
BUT TRUST ME ITS TRUE!!! SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF SOME TIME & TROUBLE DONĀ“T MOVE HERE! OR MOVE HERE AND EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOUR SELF!

PS: The management team and leasing agents are 99.9% incompetent and may make some mistakes on the offer to lease contract. Now if it is in your favor for example they are asking for less money for the apartment on the offer to lease then what the apartments are going for or they ask you for less money for move in on the offer to lease. Just remember one thing the offer to lease is a contract and its binding THEY CAN NOT BREAK THE OFFER TO LEASE (while you can I think it is within 3 days) tell em tuff luck this is a contract and you have to honor what its written on the offer to lease form. They will try to fight you IĀ“m sure (They tried to fight me on it and failed) but stick to your guns because like I said its is a binding contract and they will loose California law is extremely tenant friendly!! PLEASE PEOPLE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!! Go to the library and gets some books on renters/tenants rights if you are going to be renting for other people its the smartest thing you could ever do!Share This Review
