Love the apartment, concerned with the nice weather coming and the unable to open my windows due to the marijuana smoking. Also I was not informed of the constant noise coming from the room next to mmine

I feel safe living here, it's quiet, and close to work. I'm able to have my cats and I like that the parking is included and secure. The only downside is that the fire alarms seem to be very sensitive but the team is working on that.

This community is managed extremely well by the team. They are very kind, caring, and respond promptly. My primary issue is with the lack of cleanliness from residents, particularly pet waste. Residents do not clean up after their animals very well and often times poop is left in the hallway, stairwell, or the elevators for maintenance to come behind and clean up. It makes the building smell horrible and it's really unfortunate. My hope is that these owners are being fined, because it does negatively impact the living experience. Otherwise, the amenities are wonderful and well managed, I feel safe, and I have never had any issues with packages!

Maintenace is not taken seriously. The hallways always smell bad and things are always broken. The maintenance team will go into your unit to "fix" issues, but it will never be resolved. The garage doors are always left open, which is an issue considering we have businesses who use the garage too so anyone and everyone can get into the resident parking AND it's on Colfax.

the management team is very responsive and caring. I can tell they are maintaining a high standard for the residents' living quality and their brand. Even for things that can be hard to address (such as resident behavior, pet behaviors, etc), the management team will treat it as something they really want to call on people to change.

Living here has been an extremely disappointing experience. The noise levels are constant, the walls are thin, and it never feels peaceful. Maintenance is slow to respond and often doesn't fix issues the first time. We've dealt with repeated problems in our unit with little accountability from management. Safety around the property feels questionable at times, and the grounds are not well maintained. For how much rent costs, the quality of living is far below expectations. I would not recommend this community to anyone considering moving here.

In short words; I wish I could move this apartment complex with me everywhere I go until I get a house. Had all the amenities I needed in one location plus the restaurants downstairs and barbershop are just a bonus to the complex.

My rent fluctuates every month and is always higher than what I signed in my contract. Fees are not transparent in contract. Feels kinda shady im paying for an 80 electric charge in the month of April for this month (December) and is way triple the common area electric price. The fire alarms are constantly going off and anyone get into this building. Security is subpar. Took all summer for my air conditioning to get fixed and my main elevator was out for MONTHS. The parking garage door is constantly not working.

Not to good, am very disappointed with building security, not enough security entrance gates always broken, people can get in and get out like nothing, specially homeless people, why I said all this? Because my motorcycle was stolen from the second floor parking lot, I went to the main office to complain 3 times, I was told that they going to investigate and check the cameras to find out what happened, that was almost 2 months and am still waiting for any response, looks like they don't care about the residents, it's sad but that's the way it is.

I had a wonderful experience! The community manager and staff demonstrated great customer service by asking targeted questions for example?what am I looking for in an apartment home, what are my concerns as a renter etc? it was refreshing to experience that level of customer service. I would highly recommend the Fellow at Fitz

The apartments themselves are nice. The gym is great. The coffee/kombucha machine never works, the hot tub does keep heat, the shuffle board table never has enough salt on it. The garage doors are always broken - not the complex fault people keep running into them. One of two elevators has been broken for a month. There is zero guest parking - they must pay to park. And you must pay to park, all surrounding areas are permitted for the neighborhood. Management is a joke and the rules are ridiculous

Community is very nice and clean. Staff has always been helpful. Can be expensive. The price of rent is very comparable to other apartments in the area however they try to nickel and dime on small things. Tenants are responsible for paying part of the community electric bill (heating the pool year round) and they have increased the price of parking.

I love the community, but there are a lot of hidden fees. The community for the most part feels safe, but there are little things that have made the community susceptible to crime. Most recently the tenants were hit with a huge energy bill that did not seem legal. I have an issue with not being able to budget out how much my rent will be considering it changes very often and buy a large amount.

Would Not Recommend-Not As Advertised
This complex is okay to live in, but many of the “extras” they advertise during the tour don’t hold up once you move in. Fire alarms going off at random times, elevators and card scanners broken for weeks, the pools and gym are often used by non-residents, and there’s no real security presence or cameras in the parking garage—even with multiple car break-ins reported by neighbors. If you’re new to the area, be aware that East Colfax Ave is one of the roughest parts of town, which is obvious from the large homeless encampment directly next to the property. This makes the lack of security even more concerning. It’s clear the leasing team does a great job selling the idea of luxury living, but in practice the amenities and security fall short. If you’re considering renting here, make sure to ask specific questions during your tour so you know what’s actually maintained and enforced versus what’s just a sales pitch.

such a disappointment for me already, and i cant wait to move out.
so i moved in beginning of the year, mid year we got a rapid and huge increase in community electric? like how did that even happen, well aparantly from the previous years before i was residnt excel made an error with thier bill and they werent charged so what the have done is spread that cost onto all the new tenants? now this has to incompetence and thievery in its grand scheme, infact im trying to get a few residents togther to see if theres any thing that can be done legally. this place is breeds incompetence and i dont know what i m doing managment from head to toe.

Unfortunately, this community knows how to keep its residents down. Every day is a different and bad surprise with payments that we didn't know about before, the lack of care with people who have lived here for over a year, it seems that we don't matter. We are overcharged for energy bills, overcharged for sewer, and no explanations are given. Residents don't follow the rules either. People smoke in a community, and they only take action by releasing numerous emails before finally doing something. Luxury community? Not anymore. Reduced in price makes less educated people move over, and they don't care about the building. Parents leave their children alone at the pool and also during the day, and they can do whatever they want during this time. The difference in a year is enormous. I literally can't wait to move out when my lease is over. The maintenance guys are great and so gentle! Crystal is the best property manager, and she should get another promotion soon. And Maria is the best cleaner that this place could have. The patrol exists for nothing. The only thing they say is: call the police. So why do we pay them for? So many things that I could complain about... It's a beautiful building, it had everything to become a great community, but the idea of it is dying every day.

I want to start by saying that I truly do love my apartment, and that's why this is so disappointing to share. I also have to be honest?I really miss the previous manager. Things felt more responsive and empathetic under their leadership. While I've grown used to the frequent alarms, due to how sensitive they are, the bigger concern for me has been the recent leak in my shower. The fact that this happened not once, but three separate times?one of which occurred while I was in the shower?was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unsafe. On top of that, there was exposed electrical wiring during one of the incidents, which made the situation even more alarming. What's most upsetting is that despite all of this, I was only credited $00 for the inconvenience. I never complain, but in this case, I feel I wasn't taken care of as a resident. I should have been offered temporary access to another unit to shower or at least given a more meaningful acknowledgment of the repeated disruption and risk. It's hard not to feel overlooked, and the lack of urgency or empathy in how this was handled is very disheartening.

I've been a resident at Fellow for 8 months and have had a great experience so far. The management team is responsive and helpful, always addressing my concerns promptly. The leasing office staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. I also appreciate the community's atmosphere, which is welcoming and well-maintained. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Fellow to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

I appreciate the relaxed and quiet atmosphere. However, the frequent false fire alarms are becoming a nuisance?though I do find the text updates during these times helpful. Parking enforcement is another challenge, particularly in the loading zones. A simple solution could be implementing parking permits that hang from mirrors, allowing for easy transfer between multiple vehicles for paid tenants (which, I note, costs more than in other buildings). Adding a trash can in the parking lot would also help discourage people from littering. I truly appreciate the effort that goes into organizing community events and putting together the newsletters. It would be great to have an option on the app to send messages or request maintenance more easily.

I enjoy the amenities. Its to many other cost that makes the rent a bit higher. That is the only down fall. The staff are great also and very helpful. Maintenance is very fast which is great! I would consider resigning the lease if the cost were alot less.

This apartment has had some challenges, including not opening on the date it was scheduled to and frequent annoyances like fire alarms, WiFi outages, and non-working elevators. All that being said, the management company has been AMAZING in dealing with these things, keeping us informed, and making concessions for our inconveniences. The building itself is brand new and beautiful, apartments are spacious & bright, and truly cannot beat the amenities. I HIGHLY recommend Fellow at Fitz and I don't think you will regret it :)

The property is brand-new and the common areas are beautiful. The apartments offer wonderful views of Aurora and the mountains. The leasing staff is amazing - Hailee was very helpful and friendly. The garage is very secure and will be great to have once the snow hits. Overall, I'm very happy with the Fellow at Fitz.
