Estoy muy a gusto viviendo en estos apartamentos. El ambiente es tranquilo y seguro, ideal para relajarse despuĆĀ©s de un dĆĀa de trabajo. Las instalaciones estĆĀ”n bien mantenidas y el personal es siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicaciĆĀ³n es conveniente, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y transporte pĆĀŗblico, lo que facilita mucho la vida diaria. AdemĆĀ”s, los espacios comunes son agradables y limpios, lo que crea una sensaciĆĀ³n de comunidad entre los vecinos. Sin duda, es un lugar cĆĀ³modo y recomendable para vivir.

Was very easy to move in and haven't had any issues with apartment , definitely a nice place to live at and it's in a good area, especially if you work as a driver for lyft/uber. I like the parking options and they also have EV chargers available

The entire staff are the very best I've experienced in any apartment community I've lived in. They make living here a delight. I love living here. The location is great especially for those working at the hospitals across the street. The apartments themselves are nice but the staff are what makes it great.

Yes Great Place to live! The area building and grounds keep in good condition. The area is safe to live here. Access to freeway and shopping is convenient. The management is easy to deal with and they respect tenants hat live there.

I've had a pretty good experience here. Been here almost 3 years and I have nothing bad to say about this community. The whole team in the office are definitely friendly and the maintenance team is very good at their job.

Building is nice but you donāt really get access to amenities that you pay for - like the pool. The pool is always closed due to people bringing in glass and the management doesnāt really have a solution other than to minimize hours of access. A lot of homeless in the area also get access to the building easily because people leave the doors propped

The frequent fire alarms sounding in the south building, sometimes several days in a row and often in the middle of the night, are extremely disruptive. The units themselves are in good condition, and despite that, the frequency of the fire alarms has been enough to convince us to search elsewhere once our lease is up.

Legacy at Fitzgerald has thus far provided a safe pleasant experience with their year round outdoor pool and their 2 floor state of the art gym(which I haven't been yet but am going to) I am so used to having everyone in my business but legacy allows me to have the privacy I love and deserve. Thank you for the great opportunity to feel like a human being again.

This far our stay at legacy has been nothing short of amazing. We are glad we found this place everything is included except electric!! Love it! The apartment is perfect size. There is a washer and dryer in unit, I love that I don't have to go to a laundry room

I haven't had any safety issues and maintenance has always been very quick to respond and fixes the issues without leaving a mess, five stars for both of those. My biggest complaint is about the noise level and the parties. Each resident is only allowed two visitors at a time due to the complaints but people still break this rule. I live right next to the pool area and it's a popular gathering place for parties. It's noisy and people often trash the pool area and inside areas leading to the pool. One time, we found a nail inside the pool as we were swimming, thankfully none of us stepped on it.

The apartment building is very well kept, with semi-annual inspections and fire drills. Hallways clear of debris and is extremely quiet. I like the amineties with swimming pool, gym, the club house and the Beasley Room. Located near Anchutes Medical Campus an d the trails of Sand Creek Park. I1n-home washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and designer and quartz countertops with tile backsplash. 1

Love it here
I love living at Legacy at Fitz. The apartments are really cute and the people who work here are awesome. The fitness center is amazing And I love the yoga studio. The apartments are very close to the campus where I go to school and I can walk there everyday.

Neglectful Service and Maintenance: A Resident's Nightmare
Dismal maintenance and customer service make for an utterly disappointing. Every request or complaint seems to fall on deaf ears, with no evident effort to improve or address the issues. It's disheartening to see such potential squandered by sheer neglect and indifference. A truly disappointing experience."

Not for people who work from home
Do not move here if you work from home, or if you value sleep. The construction site right next to the complex is one of the loudest things I have ever lived near. And it doesnāt stop at 5 pm either. They leave fans running all night, so 24/7 you will hear incredibly loud motors and construction equipment running. This makes it difficult to sleep, or even to just exist peacefully in your own home. Not only does management do nothing about this, and offer no conception, I was explicitly told during my tour that construction noise would not persist past 5. This was an outright lie they told to trick me into agreeing to the lease. Legacy at Fitz agents will say or do anything to get you to sign, but DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Additionally, there has been at least 6 apartments in the last 3 months that have flooded due to bad pipes, ruining many peopleās property and possessions. This flooding extended to the carpets in the hallway, so now there is also fans running 24/7 in the hallways. Do not move here, your car will be stolen!!
I lived at Legacy at Fitz from 8/21-5/22. The apartments are overpriced, especially considering none of the amenities were available until May, a full 9 months after moving in. Upon move in, we had heard from locals that the area in which the building is, is heavy with crime. When approached about this tidbit of information, we were assured the building was safe but ācrime doesnāt have a neighborhoodā. Like many people here, my car was broken into and subsequently stolen from the āsecured garageā I was paying $100 a month for. The thief broke in through the leasing office and gained access to the garage. Be mindful, the same security system at the leasing office, is the same throughout the building for all of the apartments. I have the police report and pictures for anyone who doesnāt believe this to be true. The issue was, the leasing co. knew there were break ins and all they did to circumvent them, was send out an email reminding folks to lock their car doorsābecause that stops criminals right in there tracks.
