Nothing to tell, good and bad experiences. Sometimes it takes forever for them to fix things but they eventually do fix things. I had a problem with bugs a few months back. It took 10 weeks of spraying but it was finally taken care of

It's been good. Thank you. Maintenance and lease personnel at office is quite prompt and handle the issues well. Especially explaining new policies set forth by corporation office. Even though I might not agree with new policies, the staff explained well. The maintenance personnel is always courteous and address the issues well.

Horrible. Watch out for homeless. Management team are clueless on how to help, all they can do is write down the problems with no solution or resolution. Inappropriately handling clients and becoming combative, no customer service skills, only defensive communication. The pool is a selling point to the community, they didn't let the community use it for their benefit to keep it looking "nice". Rarely open and again, never informed the community on its reopen or closed. Tried various methods of security and instead closed it when not available to monitor.

I would suggest the management to increase the number of housekeepers so that the common areas of every building are cleaned everyday. This is what happens in most residential communities that I have lived.

It has been a good experience over all. Neighbors have been good. Lease office worker have been excellent to work with, and they upgraded the mail boxes and let us know when the office will be close for everything.

The first year we were here it was a good experience however the next 2 years it was like no one cared about us. The pool was only open for 2 months to last year about 2 weeks. People destroyed the pool area to where it looked like a swamp. Now we have new management so far so great. I recommend getting security for the pool area this year. It seems no one follows the rules. I'm looking forward to see what happens. The grounds are kept up. The trash areas are clean. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever seen.

When we first moved in it was a rocky start. No one was ever in the office. Maintenence was non existent and the courtyard was always trashed. This past year with a new crew things are finally looking up! The office lady's are so sweet and truly care about their tenants. The maintence has been so on top of cleaning it up and taking care of us. I really appreciate their honesty and dedication.

The environment is getting unsafe and losing privacy some people trespassing are making a mess and piss and trash everywhere in parking area. I understand that living in apartments is no privacy.

Some of the community members don't think about others. We sometimes hear loud music at night. There can also be loud voices making us unable to sleep. We informed the office about it, but it seems like they haven't done anything about it.

The previous office manager and maintenance supervisor were not approachable and prompt in handling emergency requests. I had sewage leaking into my apartment and the maintenance supervisor did not care to look at the problem until 2 weeks. The current managers appear to be more responsible.

It's only gotten worse. People park wherever, throw trash anywhere, let their dogs off leash. For the first time I can't have packages delivered because they get stolen. I never got a way to access the pool or gym. Mail stolen.
