The apartments are beautiful but poorly built. Maintenance takes forever. When Alpine first opened the maintenance was great and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Now 3 years in, my rent has been raised twice and the service gets put on the back burner. The maintenance is more concerned with getting apartments ready for new tenants but make make expiating tenants wait and pay higher rents

I'm not a complainer by nature and no issues here so far for 3 yrs. It's been great for me. The office staff has always been super friendly and has worked with me during a hard time. Of course like any other place the rent goes up a little every year, but not much more than a 60 a yr increase, not really worth counting. Considering other apartment pricing.

Wonderful place for my and my children so far. Single mom and I feel safe here even on the bottom level floor. Maintenance is responsive and handles business as they should inside and out of the complex, honestly the cleanest complex I've lived in regarding outside keeps. Wonderful neighborhood and surroundings. You also get to see the fireworks across the way at the stadium.

Friendly staff, lots of space compared to other apartment complexes, and good walking for dogs with the trail in the back; but limited amenities and some of the buildings seemed rushed because we tend to need repeat maintenance repairs on flooring coming up or door jams getting stuck or too loose. Would recommend based on kind staff and ample space alone though.

the Alpine Vista apartments are highly recommended by me, they're spacious and affordable, maintenance issues get resolved immediately, and any criminal activity gets taken care of, there's awesome communication with the ladies in the front, its just overall a plesent place to call home.

I’m about to sign my third lease at Alpine Vista and living here has been very pleasant. To have an enjoyable community it starts with good management and Alpine Vista has the BEST. Everything is taken care of both inside the apartments and outside as well. Maintenance is top notch and works very hard keeping everything in good order. Work requests are responded to promptly and done right the first time! The apartment homes have all the amenities one needs and there is plenty of parking. Also management is very pleasant to deal with. Very nice place to call home. Thank you maintenance and management for all you do.

We enjoy our stay here. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Access to the stores, parks and schools are near by and easy to drive to. Some are in walking distance. The apartment is roomy and easy to clean.

I have lived here since it first opened and have never had any issues in any way. The management staff is always friendly and accommodating and maintenance is quick and efficient. The apartment itself is gorgeous and spacious enough for my family of 4 and we absolutely love living here.

I have been a resident since December 8, 2024, and I am happy with my new home. It is clean and well kept. If there is an issue, it is handled in a timely manner by skilled and concerned management and maintenance team. It is pretty quiet so far but I do have neighbors above me that walk very hard and child(ren) run and stomp frequently during the day and night. Dogs are allowed and I must say that owners are pretty good at holding their animals if they see a resident approaching which I appreciate very much. I would recommend this community to others because it’s nice and its location is very convenient in many ways.

Positive overall. There is sometimes kids running through the halls being loud at random hours of the night which can be a bit disruptive. The halls do echo a lot when this happens so it's hard to avoid the noise.

When I first got here it was nice, but now I think it's not staying clean due to people here throwing their trash everywhere. The police are always here and there are people always arguing and sometimes fighting. I want to move . The apartment is nice it's just bad with people here and that shooting traumatized me.

Units are spacious and beautiful. I love the size of my kitchen. Washer and dryer unit are lovely and there’s plenty of Storage room for us. Having a/c during the hot days is amazing for me. Grateful for this community.

I love the proximity to all of the stores, and other events the area has to offer. I really enjoy the Friday night fireworks, from the Vibes home games. I can watch from my balcony

Not a good experience to live at this community. Office staff is unprofessional and full of excuses as to why nothing is done and maintenance does not complete work orders in a timely manner. I would not recommend for anyone to move to this community.

I moved in while the apartments where still fairly new. There have been a few changes in management but overall a good experience. The condition of the apartment could have been better. Alot of things overlooked and not cleaned well by the cleaning crew.

since the beginning of the process i've had a great experience with everyone. i haven't had any issues with the complex they keep me up to date and are always answering any questions i might have , the complex is big but quiet not a lot of noise .

It’s been quiet they fix everything I’ve had to call about they give notice and communicate well. They are patient and understanding it’s a great place to live with me and my kids. I do wish they had a pool though. That’s the only thing missing. Love the firework shows!
