Love it!

I've lived here for about 10 months and love it. Convenient location, HUGE apartment, friendly staff. I've never called and had to leave a message, they always answer. The few maintenance problems I had were solved within a couple hours, even after hours or weekends (maintenance staff lives on site). The office staff is super nice and professional. I've had no "rent guessing" problems, I pay the same every month. I got a carport, so I don't have a parking problem, but it does get full quickly on weekends. The fitness center could be bigger, but it is more than adequate... especially since they have lockers and showers right there in the clubhouse. I can hear the neighbors when they drop something or nail something into their wall, but I can't hear voices or anything like that, so I can't complain about the noise. The grounds are well-maintained. I'm buying a house and even asked what kind of grass they use here because it always looks perfect. The only negative is getting a first-floor apartment... there are lots of kids and it can get pretty noisy outside in the summer. Other than that, highly recommended!
