New Staff makes HAPPY residents a priority
I have lived at Stetson Ridge for a little over two years and have to give a big thank you to the new staff. -------------------------------------- are by far the best they have had in the office in the time I have lived here. The have gone through so many people in the office before this staff that every time I walked in the office it was someone new. They never knew your name or where you lived. The new staff is great. They know my name, ask about my kids, and throw parties for the people that pay to live here. They always have a smile on their faces and can answer any questions I have. The new maintenance are awesome too. The guys -- and ---- that were there before treated the residents really bad. ---- was a weirdo. He would yell and cuss at the residents. -- would always act too busy to take care of anything we needed- he was really rude and unprofessional. We complained to the office about it but no one ever did anything about until the new manager ------- started. Now we have a whole new maintenace staff and they are all very friendly and polite and happy to help the residents out. Thank you to the manager for taking care of the problems that no one else ever handled. It's nice to finally have someone in gthe office who takes care of the problems we tell you about. For all of you that read the other postings- please don't listen to them. Stop in and see how they treat people for yourself! I bet that the bad ratings are the old staff trying to make the great new staff look bad. The old staff deserved to be fired or run out or whatever happened to them- they were AWFUL!. Good riddance. Welcome to the new improved staff. Thanks for making us residents a priority finally.Share This Review
