do not stay here. im not sure where all the good reviews are coming from but I have been here less than 4 months and I cant wait to leave. I am borderline considering breaking my lease
the staff is garbage. Nicole is annoying and fake and is only nice to you on the initial meet and then pretends to ignore you. The manager on duty stays in her back office pretending to ignore all the complaints that come in.
The maintenance staff is ok. They are average but that's its. The apartments constantly have issues.
The carpet is cheap and offers no cushion.
pet rent is garbage in addition to the deposit.
garages are small and carports are average size. they do have a lot of car ports - only to make a buck because it forces you to buy one due to poor parking.
Parking is horrible. There is no parking. I constantly have to park my other car across the apartment complex which is no where in sight from my apt. And I agree with the previous post that stated about the noise complaint. this place is extremely noisy and I am constantly being waken up in the middle of the night and the staff does nothing. The fact that I didn't sleep last night (again) due to loud neighbors is why I decided to final write the truth on this post
