I am so sad that --------------- are not here anymore. What a difference in customer service. I went in the other day to talk about a problem I was having and no one acknowledged me and I was just left standing there, so I left. The person sitting in the back office didn't even look up. If ----- was there he always had a smile and knew your name and asked how he could help, or if he was busy he told you to give him a minute and he'd be right with you, or ----- would come out and handle whatever needed to be done. That is customer service. I am so saddened not to be greeted by ----- with a smile and always taking care of business. I would not renew my lease with this current staff. The maintance guys are great, but this office staff leaves a bad taste in my mouth. They don't seem to be caring as --------------- were. I miss them and wish they were still here, they were the reason I renewed my lease and now I am so sorry I did.Share This Review
