Office Staff

When we first moved to Colorado I lived here but then moved out for awhile. I came back because of the customer service I received previously. --, the maint. guy is WONDERFUL and always took care of anything I needed. I went into the office recently and both times I was treated terribly by one of the lady's in the office. She is terribly rude! I do not deserve to be treated with such nastiness!! ----- was great and he is very personable. I am terribly sad that he is now gone. Also, what in the hell is this that I have to call some damn number to put in a work order? Customer service is going down hill here! I try to stay away from the office at all costs but it should not be that way! I pay good money to live here and should feel comfortable going into the office for any issues or to pick up a package. A person should not work with the public if he/she is not personable. If that lady had been here when I came in to check into getting an apartment I would have walked right back out! -- and the other maint. guy are the only good people here! the apartments are great and -- does a wonderful job of keeping them nice!
