Would definitely recommend!

I have lived here for 11 months now and have loved it! I wish I would be able to stay here longer - but must leave to be closer to my husbands job! The apartments here are great! Spacious clean and comfy. I have never had any trouble with noise, the neighbors around me are all very nice - some keep to themselves, but that is nice sometimes. I have always felt very safe here and the grounds are kept very well! There is a King Soopers right across the street - which makes quick trips to the grocery store very easy. Several parks in the area are great for walking to and if you have a dog the property is very dog friendly. I don't have much experience with the new office staff - I loved the guy that worked here before, but the new ladies seem nice and seem to get thing done quickly. The parking is the only thing that can be difficult to find in the evenings - there are always spots - but sometimes you have to park a ways away from your apartment. I would definitely recommend buying a carport (sometimes you can get them on a deal). You sometimes have to be a little persistent with the maintenance to get it done correctly - but if you are persistent it will definitely be taken care of - most of the time within 24 hours. There is one maintenance person that is always friendly and always gets things done correctly the first time - make sure to meet him early on - he is way nice! Overall I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in this area of the springs - it's close to just about anything you need and is a wonderful place to live!
