New Manager is NOT a people person

I went to her 3 days ago with a concern that the crew that comes in to cut the grass and spray the grass might be using something that would cause my dog to get sick (in the dog walk area). I asked if she could find out if they changed what they were using and if so, could she let the residents know when they would spray that stuff so we would not walk our dogs in that area until it cleared up ... and make sure that our pets don't eat the grass (my dog got very sick). Instead of saying she would check with them and let us know when they sprayed, she said in a very condescending voice, that "I'll check into it, but I can't make any promises" ... after I started to get upset, I asked her, you mean those guys work for you and you can't find out what I need to know to make sure my dog is safe? I also mentioned that you "don't need to tell me everytime, just ask them what days they spray, and they could generate one letter" ... then she looks at me and basically says the same thing, in the same tone of voice. After that, I just asked for her supervisors name and will deal with it that way. The icing on the cake was the landscaping crew was here yesterday, this morning, I'm walking my dog and she pulls up on a golf cart and instead of telling me about my dog situation, she "reminds me" that I need to pick up after my dog!! Everything else about this place is great. The rent is a little high, but the quality is worth it, but this new Apartment Manager has absolutely no people skills. She comes across as smug and could care less about your personal concerns! I don't know what got the other apartment manager fired, but this lady should already be gone. How the rest of the staff works with this lady is beyond me.
