Horrible property

I have lived at Stetson Ridge for several years now and I have never seen such a 180 degree change in management, grounds and overall customer service. This is supposed to be a "yes I can" property. What a joke. The ladies in the office are passed rude and arrogant. I pay alot for rent and I am always early yet I continue to be treated as if I am a problem everytime I go into the office, even though I have never asked for anything. It is never "can I help you" from --------------------------------, the so called manager, assistant manager and Leasing agent. You are LUCKY if you even get acknowledged by them. I do believe they would be suited much better to a much less desirable property in the south end of town. In the past month or so the way I have been treated by the office staff has gotten worse. Don't look to pick up ANY packages in the office as they will not take them! The property looks like GARBAGE!! Here is the topper! I wrote a less than happy review on here 2 months ago and it was removed, talk about political editing! Therefore I did my homework and have discovered that the actual company behind Riverstone Property Management is called Riverview and they are based in Utah, maybe those of us that are tired of being treated like trash and looking at a trashy property, should contact this company instead. It was never like this until the office and maintenance staff were all changed. What a shame. This used to be a great place to live!
