Stetson Ridge was the only apartment complex to offer a short-term lease in NE Colorado Springs, but it also was the cleanest and most quiet complex we toured. We felt very safe while we lived here. The pass-through CAM expenses are quite high, and since water isn't individually metered residents have no control over this issue. Be prepared for utilities/CAM to average $120/mo. for two occupants. We also had to pay $25/mo. extra for a designated parking space because open parking is a nightmare. We are leaving at the end of September '12, and I will complete this review after we get our deposit returned--and we will report on whether Mgmt is timely and fair in their returns of our deposits.
