The trash issue is not being managed well enough. or the fact that people from the neighborhood next to us using this apmt complex as the personal dumping ground. Not to mention, the office choosed not to deal with those that tresspass, while dumping their trash! The office was told by several people that there was food all over the ground by the dumpsters and after an entire day its still not cleaned up. Existed for about 3 days. Funny, after running an errand today, I saw the maintenance guys riding around the exterior property line not really doing anything productive. (YES, the appearance should be taken seriously) Bottom line, maintenance doesn't appear to care if you wait several days, while they tend to play alot on the property with the golf carts! Lights were pulled down but not replaced. And there are several carports that are currently not lit and very dark! So it is currently not well-lit (unsafe) Added comments : Effort was made today to clean up. We are hoping the maintenance will make every affort to maintain the trash area. Because, for some tenants-it affects some of our property more. Trash has been a problem for quite some time - people from the surrounding neighborhood are dumping their trash here, with current tenants flipping the bill. Some people believe that they should be help accountable! The mess in our dumpster areas exist mostly because of these people! They throw food on the grounds. And dump lots of trash! The mountain of trash was a problem for more than a few days...(that issue apears to have been resolved-- Yes, people will be sensitive about trash issues, when it affects their property. The light issue has existed for several days! When our neighbor propertys have car break-ins, lights should have been replaced within a day or 2 max. Painting does not justify leaving lights out! Positives- are pool/hot-tub/Tim in the office,Jesus (name?) in maintenance, great neighbors/fitness center/Starbucks complimentary coffee -landscaping is nice(but the trash issue needs to be maintained) yes there are positives- but this complex needs much better maintenance! Considering the high rent, we deserved that absolute best service. We are all hoping the trash situation will be maintained & that management will continue to address our concerns.
