I have lived here for about 6 years and since it has been tacking over by new management it is not the same the place is going down and trash is not being pick up waste management let us know the trash was not pick up for a month because the billed was not paid wow It was the place to be not anymore Rent goes up a 100.00 a year One min carport 15 and the next it's 25 Staff can't count to twelve go in to renew lease for 12 months she adds on two extra months Went in on July 29 to renew for year and she tells me it's not up until Sept what part of 12 months did she not understand Two year ago neighbors called front office she thought two bikes that where chain on the proper bikes racks where left by someone who had moved out So management makes decision to just cut them off without asking everyone in the building and puts my kids bike in the trash I got and still waiting on my kids new bikes.
