A HUGE Mistake To Have Ever Signed A Lease Here! Very Disappointed!

We lived in Stetson Ridge for far too long! Over the course of time we were there, we were amazed to see the huge turn over in office staff. In the last couple of years there have been at least a half a dozen different leasing agents & managers. Maintenance workers are very unprofessional & have no idea what they are doing. Maintenance workers are typically all young, scruffy, punk looking guys that I did not feel comfortable having in my home. Quality? Poor! Too many maintenance issues to go into.... We usually had to put maintenance requests in several times before even hear from them.... Then the issues were usually never remedied because the workers are not trained or knowledgeable on such things. Management seems to just hire young kids, that they can pay minimum wage, & slide by with. There is dog waste everywhere..... Which is disgusting & maddening, especially when you have kids that would like to be able to go outside & play in the grass but are unable to because of all of the crap on the ground! Playground's littered w/ cigarette butts & trash. It's a shame that they have the audacity to charge the rates that they do & then provide such horrible service & quality. Were were very unhappy with our time at Stetson Ridge. We would not recommend these apartments to anybody. There are far too many houses & apartments in the Springs that are much nicer, clean, & safe, at the same price or less!!!
