I am coming up on the end of my lease and thank goodness! This place has been a nightmare from day one. Loud neighbors, no parking, and bad management. If you have issues don't look to them to solve anything. They pick and choose which rules to enforce based on what works for them, and how little work it will involve for them. The price is way too high for what you get and any little extras... be prepared to tack on lots of extra cash. Need a parking space? Good luck finding one! Parking is a nightmare unless you want to shell out a lot of extra money on top of your rent. Management is rude and does not take the satisfaction or even basic needs of their tenants into consideration. They are hard to talk to, hard to get a hold of, and can take days to get back to you if you have concerns. What we were promised when we walked in the door was not what we got, as soon as they had our money they stopped caring. I would not recommend this complex to anyone unless you like being treated poorly. I am so disappointed with the quality and service of this complex, we had such high hopes.
