Where to begin with this place? This place has a very good staff. I got all my requests for maintenance handled within 24-48hours, and only needed to ask for a few things like bulb replacements and a clogged drain. You can ask these guys for just about anything and they'll work to get a solution for you. There are problems no doubt, but you'll get that at any apartment complex. Top and easily the worst, is parking. Parking is a disaster if you work a regular 9am-5pm job. You can find yourself parked well over 100m from your door if you don't make it home on time or need to leave at night. This is not a problem every day of the week though, it's only when there are influxes of visitors in the complex. The noise levels are fantastic, I very rarely hear neighbors in the middle of the day and when I do I can usually just let the office know and it is taken care of quickly. The safety of the property is relative to the location so I can easily say that this is a better part of town and you don't have to worry about a thing. The lighting and what not is great, I notice the maintenance guys out and about replacing bulbs all the time. Overall I would recommend Stetson Ridge without hesitation. Just make sure you can find yourself a nice carport while you are signing your lease if you want to park near where you live.
