Me and my pup Rex just moved in. We were looking for a place to carry on the Blackford tradition of living in style&#44; and we found it here in Stetson Ridge. I&#39;m happy to pay 800 bucks for a place like this. Seems I can never find a parking space but I&#39;m gonna buy me a carport to fix that. Maintenance: haven&#39;t had an issue yet&#44; Noise: you got the occasional headbanging hippy across the way&#44; Grounds: They have a landscaping team&#44; trash pick up&#44; trash guy&#44; you name it&#44; Safety: a thing of pure beauty&#44; Construction: It&#39;s pretty solid&#44; haven&#39;t snapped anything unreasonably yet&#44; Staff: Has been nothing but good to me and Rex&#44; they even gave him a biscuit when I stopped in. I love it&#44; and I hope the staff see&#39;s this&#44; maybe they&#39;ll knock some of my rent!

Awesome staff. Really friendly and accomdating. Love my apartment and it a great place to call home. And my puppy loves it too!

I also have lived here 2 years.  Maybe you should get your facts straight before assuming someone is pocketing our money....the reason the trash wasn&#39;t picked up was not because they didn&#39;t pay it...maybe you should do some questioning before responding.  The maintenance staff is very PROMPT and capable--they have fixed numerous items--all you have to do is CALL and put in a request(which most people don&#39;t do--they would rather complain).

Think twice... I would not recommend living here. There are far to many other choices in this are for you to waist your time with Stetson Ridge Apartments. Firstly, the maintenance staff is horrible. They let my broken water heater leak for four days before any one made contact with me. I made 4 maintenance request and two hone calls to the leasing office about the issue. Not one person bothered to return my messages or respond to maintenance request until I filled a complaint with the Rental Protection Agency. I had black mold growing on my walls. My carpet was so saturated that water was leaking under my flooring, out my back door and onto my patio. My baseboards and walls are warped and cracking from soaking up so much water. I could go on about the countless other maintenance issues that have still never been properly fixed. Don&apos;t let yourself be victim to their poor management under Ram Properties. Rent elsewhere!

Our experience hasn't been too bad here. There's no loud music, no loud unwanted community noise, my fianc? had his work van broken into a couple of times and had all if his tools stolen - we wouldn't mind paying for cameras placed on the property for tenant protection,  location is pretty good, our rent was raised for no apparent reason - we have 0 upgrades - not even new carpet when we moved in, the new manager is super sweet, the pool and gym aren't worth calling them either name - the pool is like an oversized jacuzzi and the gym is like an oversized office, the community is clean, and is conveniently located.

I absolutely love Stetson Ridge. I feel safer and my grandchildren enjoy the playground and pool. I love all that the staff does for the residents. They went above and beyond to help me get in.  I had so much fun with the painting with a twist in the office, the pool party, petting zoo, and the Saturday breakfast.

Beautiful renovations, timely and efficient maintenance, well kept grounds, and very communicative staff. The resident events are exciting and the amenities are convenient. My family plans on being here long-term!

I love Stetson Ridge Apartments. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They help in so many ways. They make you feel like you're at home instead of just another tenant. The maintenance staff is amazing and on top of everything. I highly recommend
