Bad Experience

The apartment itself is laid out well and quite nice. However, the office people are a joke - they don't care about the numerous noise complaints submitted by others and myself, nor about the kids doing drugs in the hallway! Maintenance is pretty bad - they have been in here on several occasions but never actually fix anything. The building is put together very poorly. They didn't connect the A/C ducts in our apartment - so my room gets blasted and the living room and my room mate don't get anything - and nobody seems to care! I can't sleep a full night without a Harley or loud car stereo waking me up in the early AM, even on week days. When I invited my friend and her two children over for an afternoon at the pool, I was told that I could only have two guests per apartment so they made the children leave - even though there were only about 5 other people at the pool. Overall, just a sorry excuse for an apartment complex.
