Staffing is terrible. Been dealing with obnoxiously noisy neighbors for a year, have made multiple complaints to the front office, called complex security multiple times as well as city police yet the problem persists. Every time I call, I get told that the offending residents will be getting a written warning or a phone call. This hasn't worked.
The staff generally seemed to not care either that my garage unit was infested with black widow spiders. It took them 3 weeks to get an exterminator to my garage after I threatened to use enough bug bombs to take care of every garage in the complex.
I had my smoke alarms go off continuously the other night and called overnight maintenance, to which they told me to 'rip' the smoke detector out of the ceiling and that someone would be by 'tomorrow' to put a new one in. That was 4 days ago.
Simply put, the complex sees it's residents as nothing more than walking dollar signs. The place is incredibly over priced, the staff is often rude and uncaring towards it's tenants.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Stetson Ridge.
