I could not advise you more NOT TO MOVE HERE. 1) The price is unreasonable; it is overpriced due to location. It's nice having a pool but you only get to use it for so long, and you'll find yourself frequently calling maintenance to fix problems in the apt. 2) the staff are the most unprofessional people i've ever interacted with; they get personally involved in the lives of tenants and engage in gossip and show hostility. One staff member actually told another tenant/friend of mine lies about me, causing the end of our friendship. Management did not fire her for this, but waited until they found out this employee/recent mother was having sexual relations with the maintenance boy. 3) Dog poop everywhere. They only clean up the place when they know management is coming to assess the conditions. 4) No Parking, ever, anytime past 5 pm, have fun in the winter. 5) Water bill usage is deemed for the entire building; you can't control how much heat/water your neighbors use, and pay a high bill for their use.
