This is my first apartment rental ever and it has been an amazing one. The grounds are well kept. The staff is very helpful, compassionate, understanding, fun, amazing, and all around just good people! If I have a maintenance issue, it's handled professionally and in a timely manner. If the issue can not be handled that day, communication is on the hook - they tell you what to expect. I love that! Janelle the manager of the property has simply out done herself. She moves mountains if she has too! Her and her staff do a fantastic job and are superb but not pompous or arrogant. I truly enjoy the monthly fun activities that they come up with. In the six months I have been here, I have never seen or heard crime issues, the complex is generally quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and not something you have to worry about(crime). This is a nice place to live. Plus the shopping around the complex is super convenient!
