I can not advise you enough to NOT move here!!! I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy, I don't even know where to begin with the problems!! Number one, you hear EVERY little thing that your neighbors do or say... Parking, what parking?! And then they make you pay for a car port that are pretty much empty and God forbid you use one because you can't find a parking space your car gets towed!! Cheapest materials used to build this place, because we had stuff breaking all the time, and maintenance never seemed to care. Our hot water never got warm even though the maintenance said it was turned all the way up, when it clearly wasn't because we only ever had lukewarm water. No one in our APT smoked, and there were cigarrette butts on the outside of our patio, and the office blamed us for this. The front office is a joke run by a bunch of high school kids who don't know what the hell they are doing!! I think that's enough for now, but I advise you, STAY AWAY!! Oh and way too overpriced.... Especially for all the BS you have to put up with..
