Think twice... I would not recommend living here. There are far to many other choices in this are for you to waist your time with Stetson Ridge Apartments. Firstly, the maintenance staff is horrible. They let my broken water heater leak for four days before any one made contact with me. I made 4 maintenance request and two hone calls to the leasing office about the issue. Not one person bothered to return my messages or respond to maintenance request until I filled a complaint with the Rental Protection Agency. I had black mold growing on my walls. My carpet was so saturated that water was leaking under my flooring, out my back door and onto my patio. My baseboards and walls are warped and cracking from soaking up so much water. I could go on about the countless other maintenance issues that have still never been properly fixed. Don't let yourself be victim to their poor management under Ram Properties. Rent elsewhere!
