i am very upset about the way the management has handled things.first off they have yet to give me my welcome papers with the move in checklist and its been 3 weeks and still nothing. I have also asked them to fix the door locks and deadbolts which have still not been done. I have called and emailed them about the buyout program to get out of my lease and they tell you different amounts that are different than what shows in the contract. with the different amounts it seems like a scam and when you call to speak to them they are very rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend renting this place and feel it is the worse mistake I made. they need to get better apt managers that actually know what they are doing and that are helpful.
