The staff is very friendly and extremely accomodating. The move-in process was quick and easy. Normally I am one for saving money every way possible but I am pleased with my decision to fork out the money for the higher price point of the complex. So far it's pretty quiet during the day and very quiet at night. I won't say it's a library, especially on the weekends, but that's tp be expected. The only issue with the complex is parking, in my opinion it's definitely worth the extra money for a garage or carport as the uncovered/open spots fill up quickly, especially on the weekends. The management staff is quick to answer questions and provide multiple resolutions to any problems that I have encountered. Overall, the nicest place I've lived in Colorado Springs.
