I have lived here at Stetson Ridge since mid-2013. I absolutely love my apartment. It is the smaller 2 bed-2 bath out of the two choices. I love that pets are allowed. I can keep a black labrador here with no problem. The appliances are in good condition in my unit, and anytime something needs maintenance they will get it repaired quite quickly.
I do not have any problems with over-hearing neighbors through the walls. For the most part the community if full of working people with jobs who just want a nice place to live.
The apartment complex came under new corporate management about two years ago and with that came a very user-friendly resident portal for paying rent & submitting maintenance requests. The complex has also gotten a new paint job, roof, and parking lot resurfacing this past year. These improvements have really given the community a fresh look.
The yards and landscaping are always kept up and kept clean.
The main office has a pretty decent fitness center that they have put new equipment in recently. It is always clean and I use it almost daily.
The front office staff is phenomenal. They are friendly, responsive, and if you make a request of them for anything they will follow through and make sure that you're helped out.
The complex is always throwing events in the summertime and holiday-themed contests in the winter to encourage decorating. They often offer resident appreciation breakfasts. The pool is nice in the summertime but, the hot tub has been under some repair the past few summers.
The only thing I wish that was different about this complex, and that I don't see changing, is the parking situation. The free spots are in high-demand and there isn't that many close to my corner of the complex. I often have to park far away in another free spot if I come back later in the evening. The office does try and offer deals on covered spots or garages to combat this.
I love living at Stetson Ridge. I've lived here for three years and I'll probably be here for the foreseeable future. I don't have a reason to leave at all.
