even though the office staff sometimes is very hard to work with, the maintenance staff is very helpful. for example, i was running late for work, and my car wouldn't start. the maintenance supervisor, JR, who was driving on his golf cart, got jumper cables, and jumped my car for me. it was very thoughtful of him to take the time to help me in my situation. because of him, i made it to work on time.
