Three important things to know:&lt;br&gt;1. The insulation is non-existent. I&#39;ve heard my neighbor coughing late at night and even the distinct words while he was talking on his phone. Not a mumble - the ACTUAL WORDS.&lt;br&gt;2. The office is hard to contact. They emphasized the &#34;emergency pager&#34; when I moved in but have since disconnected it and yet still advertise the disconnected number in the monthly newsletter. They also say they cannot call you back if you have an out of state number (cell phones) because they don&#39;t have long-distance. Whatever.&lt;br&gt;3. Parking situation is bad. Not only can residents not park if not renting a spot&#44; visitors have a hard time as well. Also&#44; in the winter they do not salt/clear the pavements as I thought I was told when I moved in so its like a giant slip & slide.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Altogether&#44; this place is too much to pay for the lack of quality. Definitely the worst complex in my 10  years of apartment living.

Awesome staff. Really friendly and accomdating. Love my apartment and it a great place to call home. And my puppy loves it too!

I also have lived here 2 years.  Maybe you should get your facts straight before assuming someone is pocketing our money....the reason the trash wasn&#39;t picked up was not because they didn&#39;t pay it...maybe you should do some questioning before responding.  The maintenance staff is very PROMPT and capable--they have fixed numerous items--all you have to do is CALL and put in a request(which most people don&#39;t do--they would rather complain).

Think twice... I would not recommend living here. There are far to many other choices in this are for you to waist your time with Stetson Ridge Apartments. Firstly, the maintenance staff is horrible. They let my broken water heater leak for four days before any one made contact with me. I made 4 maintenance request and two hone calls to the leasing office about the issue. Not one person bothered to return my messages or respond to maintenance request until I filled a complaint with the Rental Protection Agency. I had black mold growing on my walls. My carpet was so saturated that water was leaking under my flooring, out my back door and onto my patio. My baseboards and walls are warped and cracking from soaking up so much water. I could go on about the countless other maintenance issues that have still never been properly fixed. Don&apos;t let yourself be victim to their poor management under Ram Properties. Rent elsewhere!

Our experience hasn't been too bad here. There's no loud music, no loud unwanted community noise, my fianc? had his work van broken into a couple of times and had all if his tools stolen - we wouldn't mind paying for cameras placed on the property for tenant protection,  location is pretty good, our rent was raised for no apparent reason - we have 0 upgrades - not even new carpet when we moved in, the new manager is super sweet, the pool and gym aren't worth calling them either name - the pool is like an oversized jacuzzi and the gym is like an oversized office, the community is clean, and is conveniently located.

I absolutely love Stetson Ridge. I feel safer and my grandchildren enjoy the playground and pool. I love all that the staff does for the residents. They went above and beyond to help me get in.  I had so much fun with the painting with a twist in the office, the pool party, petting zoo, and the Saturday breakfast.

Beautiful renovations, timely and efficient maintenance, well kept grounds, and very communicative staff. The resident events are exciting and the amenities are convenient. My family plans on being here long-term!

I love Stetson Ridge Apartments. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They help in so many ways. They make you feel like you're at home instead of just another tenant. The maintenance staff is amazing and on top of everything. I highly recommend
