everyone is crazy

it's not the best apartment or management staff i've ever lived in/with, but for the price, the perks and the space,... i LOVE living here! i get an 1000 sqft apartment for $600 a month. it's an old building, so it's insulated very well. my xcel bills have never gone over $75 a month, where in my old, (very nice and expensive apartment), they were nearly $200 a month. if you need to save some money, there are many things to take into consideration. i have a tub that no one except me has ever stepped foot into before, a toilet that no one has ever peed in before, a sink that no one has ever spit into before and carpet that no one has ever clipped a toenail onto before. the management staff WILL NOT do what you ask for them to do if you do not bring them a piece of paper with the request,... or contact the manager directly,... but do these things and whatever you need to be done will be done. also, to whomever complained about the no heat fiasco,... um,... they, (the management staff), paid for anyone who wanted to to stay in a hotel. that's pretty generous, they also gave every tenant $100 off of their rent, whether they went to the hotel or not.
